Shipping Policy

 

Discreet Packaging and Shipping:

 

Bubblers Plus understands our customers’ concerns about privacy and discretion.  We ship everything through plain cardboard boxes without any product descriptions.  Our packages are shipped to you in standard shipping boxes, either a plain brown box or USPS priority mail.

 

Bubblers Plus reserves the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion for security reasons.  This is to prevent fraud and underage orders.  We try to aggressively prevent illicit orders.

 

We cannot guarantee arrival dates or times as orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

Shipping Times and Shipping Speed:

 

We ship everywhere in the United States.

 

Shipping time does not include the time it takes to create the order, process the order and package it up.  Once your order is placed, orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. 

 

All packages are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx.  Tracking labels are emailed once the package is picked up by the shipping carrier. Customers can track the status of their order by using the tracking number.

 

Items Broken in Shipping:

 

Any item that is broken in shipping will be replaced with the same piece that has been agreed upon between Bubblers Plus and the customer.  Broken packages must be photographed and documented before a return package is sent out.  Bubblers Plus must be informed of the break within two days of the customer receiving the package.
